Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Psychedelic-assisted therapy is gaining attention as a possible option for treating a range of conditions including PTSD, treatment resistant depression, and end-of-life distress. The science is promising; for some people, psychedelic-assisted therapy offers a new means to heal trauma and break free of troubling thinking and behavioural patterns.

I have extensive training and experience providing safe, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapy.
Services include psychedelic therapy consultation, facilitation and integration within a harm-reduction context. Note: I do NOT provide medicinal substances.
Clinical Supervision. As a BCACC ACS, I work with therapists and mental health practitioners to support personal and professional growth. If you are a counsellor who wants to build on your existing clinical skills, contact me for a free consult.
I offer services to clients in Lake Country, Vernon and Kelowna from my Lake Country office. I commit to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your life from the inside out. I can help you untangle life’s knots by bringing unconscious thoughts and emotions to the surface so you can access your own deep healing and wisdom.

“We are all just walking each other home.”

– Ram Dass

“Together we are all on a journey called life. We are a little broken and a little shattered inside. Each one of us is aspiring to make it to the end. None is deprived of pain here and we have all suffered in our own lives. I think our journey is all about healing ourselves and healing each other in our own special ways. Let’s just help each other put all those pieces back together and make it to the end more beautifully. Let us help each other survive.”

– Ram Dass

“I was drawn to Mary because she is familiar with the principles of recovery, which resonated deeply with me. I was thrilled to discover I found much more than just an EMDR therapist. Mary is kind, relatable and insightful. I have seen many therapists over the years, and I feel the sessions with her have provided the most tangible results.”
